Principle and Period

Return of Products

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received within 14 days of the notification of your withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Legal Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, nor to goods unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
