Scope of application

These terms govern the sale of air conditioning units by the seller to customers in France, Belgium and the European Union.

Products

Products are described with maximum accuracy. Photographs are not contractual.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in Euros including taxes and the applicable eco-participation fee.

Ordering and payment

Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. Details are provided after order confirmation. Shipping occurs upon receipt of funds.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times depend on the destination and stock availability.

Right of withdrawal

Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Please refer to our dedicated page for return procedures.

Warranties

In addition to legal warranties for conformity and hidden defects, we provide a 5-year commercial warranty on our products.

Liability and disputes

The seller's liability is limited. In case of dispute, mediation is available before legal action, in accordance with applicable law.
