Delivery zones and lead times

We deliver to France, Belgium, and throughout Europe. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free for orders exceeding a specific amount. Costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Tracking and receipt

A tracking link is sent via email. Upon receipt, you must check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier and note any damage clearly.

Returns and warranties

You have a legal right of withdrawal. For non-conforming products, please contact our customer service. We provide a 5-year commercial warranty in addition to statutory warranties.
